Currently we need Indonesian crew for the Ferryboat,

Deck Officers
Class 3/4/5 with endorsement as Master for Near Coastal Voyages - Below GT 500.

In Singapore to become a Chief Officer, one needs to pass the Passenger Ferry Safety Course. For those who do not yet pass, we will recruit them as Training Office.

Engineers
Class III with endorsement as Chief Engineer for Near Coastal Voyages - Below 3000KW Propulsion Power.

The Salary details are as follow:

Training Officer
Basic Salary 450
Food Allowance 150
Responsibility Allowance NA
Certificate Allowance (Only for Officer) * NA
Economic Adjustable Allowance ** 100

Note:
* Certificate Allowance:
After obtaining the Passenger Ferry Certificate

** Economic Adjustable Allowance:
This allowance EAA adjusts salaries based on changes in a Consumer Price Index, this will be reviewed annualy and the amount may increase, decrease or no change depend on the economic situation.

*** Operational Allowance:
Two conditions must be met to get this allowance:
- Must work for 27 days or more
- The vessel must be operational for 27 days or more.

Every month will get 2 days leave with the following conditions:
1. Above 25 days work will get 2 days.
2. From 15 to 24 days work will get 1 day.
3. Less than 15 days work will not get leave
4. For the first 6 month cannot take leave (but the leave will be accumulated.

The company will pay for the medical Check Up.
